Coffee good fast service. Good breakfast sandwich. Drive through only. Inside closed due to staffing issues

There is a difference between cold brew and iced coffee. You can taste it and even the texture is different. So why is it ok for... this place ( and a few others) to use ice coffee instead of cold brew? I have had several cold brews that 100% was iced coffee.I've even been handed what was supposed to be cold brew WARM ( ice was 80% melted) coffee. What about the amount of cream andcold foam on these things? Had them where you can't even taste coffee I've spent way to much money and wasted it on you guys!
