Miserable experience. Place was dirty. Waited 45 minutes for 2 burgers and 2 fries. Didn't even have cheese on our burgers! The... vegetable trays were unkempt and empty. Won't be coming back. __________ Update: The manager reached out to us to correct theissue. Came back for a better experience. Manager claimed they changed the people and way they operate. We have eaten at this location several times over the past year, hoping each time to have a good experience, but that?s... unfortunately not been the case. We have had missed order items, cold food, poorly cooked food, long wait times, and seen aconsistently badly stocked condiments bar. We won?t be returning to this location. Read more
Food is mostly good, when they opened in greer the kids and I went every week at least once. We loved it. Then it became more ... inconsistent. The food wasn't the only thing that changed. The attitude was different from employees. This was before thepandemic . It certainly hasn't improved any. The person at the register who takes your order when you walk through the door setsthe tone for your vist and experience. Why wouldn't you have the best people person on shift in that spot every time. If noneare there then maybe the manager should fill in. Mgr would be up front where everything is happening , cooking, presentation, serving, condiments bar, request by guest and even the cookie ???? couter. 11/26/22 Enjoyed lunch at Fuddrucker's. We had a Hamburger with French Fries & Iced Tea and a Hot Dog with Chili, Cheese, French... Fries, & Iced Tea. Plenty of choices for tables we picked a high top. Staff members were courteous, friendly and attentive. Foodwas fast and well prepared.
