If you get diesel on pump 5, the nozzle is malfunctioning and doesn?t click off. When you report the issue to the clerk, she... chuckles and laughs like it?s not a big deal. Completely unprofessional. I definitely won?t be back to this location. Andprobably won?t visit any Casey location in Sioux Falls. Read more
HORRIBLE! We stopped at 445pm expecting to get a couple pieces of pizza for dinner. The pizza looked as though it had been... sitting there all day. My son ordered a sub - the meat & cheese were all hard & dried out. The lettuce was so bad wilted thestaff member even said we shouldn't get it & the bread was so hard it literally just crumbled...very bad food & poor service! Read more
I think this place is managed by a pinecone. Multiple pumps out of order. Every single window wash station empty or so dirty it... looks like slough water. One of the wash station had diesel in the container. Do yourself a favor and go to the get n go acrossthe street. Pump handles are much cleaner and the customer service is 10 fold better. Read more
Not sure what happened here. Over the past two years I?ve come here and it?s been a great store. Today there are empty gas... pumps, empty window wash containers and empty coffee cup dispensers. Something changed and it?s not good. Read more
