My experience here was horrible. The staff was very unprofessional and rude. No one communicated when I walked into the store. I... was very uncomfortable when the young lady with the short hair started to curse out loud and under her breath. I wish u had abetter customer service experience. The worst location in the area. Every time I go it takes at least 15 minutes for the staff to even acknowledge me waiting there... (doesn?t matter time or even if I?m the only one in the store) and the last two times I?ve done an online app order and it stilltakes at least 20 mins to get my order. And they are always out of something. Which is kind of suspicious for a store that?makes? their own cookies. Good cookies and I have had good service there before, but last time not so much. I ordered on line for curbside. Sat outside... for 15 minutes after stating I was there from my email. Finally called to check on my order and why it was taking so long. Ayoung lady told me that they would get my order out as soon as they could. I waited another 10 minutes, and finally just wentin. The young man working could tell I was upset, and took care of my order, but why did I have to wait so long and go in if Iordered curbside? Read more

I think the chocolate chip might always be on the menu. The place was full when we arrived in the evening andordered from the kiosk, which was really easy. They are always pulling fresh baked cookies out of the oven and they ice/finishthem as you wait.
