Each time my son and I come here something is not made correctly. I am never one to complain about somewhere but this Sonic is... bad. Last time we were here my son ordered the popcorn chicken? it was literally breading fried? no chicken. Today the employeeLexi was rude and rushed me through our order over the speaker. Also, asked for extra ketchup and there were two packets in ourbag. Y?all really need to hire staff that cares at least a bit about the company and service. The worst Sonic I have ever seen. A male employee about ran me over coming out of the bathroom. In the bathroom there was urine... all over the seat and surrounded area. Our order was severely messed up. Our blast had a sprinkle on top of what we orderedwith nothing else in it but ice cream. 15 minute wait for a messed up order. Ordered through app, sat in pull-up spot fir over 25 min before husband finally walked into the store to see what was up. The... most annoying part is you can see the order status but as soon as it?s done ?cooking? they say ?Chris is on the way?, they clearout the screen and then you sit for another 10+ minutes. Nothing like placing an order using the app, pulling in to a stall, checking in, waiting 20 minutes and then hitting the ?red... button? only to be told they aren?t taking orders for the next 30 minutes?at 5 o?clock in the afternoon. While all the employeessit outside smoking. And the line at the drive thru gets bigger and bigger. Thankfully the app let me cancel the order.
