Just wanted to stop here and get something to drink while traveling from Michigan to Columbus, Ohio today. It was cold and... snowing outside so I was hoping to get some hot chocolate. I went inside the restaurant to check the menu board and I didn'tfind hot chocolate listed. No McDonald employee was around to ask about it. So I went to the kiosk to place an order. Luckybreak for me was that I found you were selling Vernor's pop. So that is what I ordered and paid for at the kiosk. While insidegetting my own order I hear one customer complaining about waiting a long time for his order and then another customer startedgetting upset about waiting and waiting on his order.
