I regret stopping here in hope to get a free shower with purchased fuel. Showers are cash ONLY!!! I'll pay $12-15 for a shower... but not at the place where drivers aren't appreciated. Restaurant is permanently closed BTW. Read more
We stopped to use the bathroom and get some snacks on our way home from the Detroit area. The staff was very friendly, bathrooms... are clean and well stocked, and the store is clean, well lit, aisles are clear of stock and easy to maneuver. Items seem to bewell stocked. Their prices are similar to other travel gas station stores. Read more
10/2/22 9:00pm Sunday night, plenty of parking. Employees super helpful and cool. Smallish shower stalls but 10/10 for water... pressure and steaming hot water - that's all I need. Horrible experience. This TA has new management apparently (Julie Naple) and they do not know how to process national accounts... through a 3PL company. I had a carrier arrive on scene to get some tires and not only was their email not working, but no onewanted to help the carrier. A national account purchase was attempted via email, phone call and etc, and everyone kept thinkingit was a scam. Regardless of email address matching company and providing a phone number to our company. All appropriate infowas given, and in the end, Julie got very snarky and basically told me to pound sand. I will be trying to reach out tocorporates to file a official complaint, but even that proves difficult with the system they have in place. This is why peopleprefer to deal with smaller shops like Pomps and McCarthy because chains like this do not care. Update. After speaking with theregional manager Rick Potts, no resolution was to be found. Company stands by its practices on how they treat customers andcarriers. There will be limited options after hours when all the shops are closed, but do yourself a favor and try to avoid TAsor Petro. The company upper management seems unwilling to provide customer service or apologize for inconveniences. At first, Ihonestly thought it was the store but if Rick Potts represents corporate, then the culture runs deeper than one store. Read more

I got fuel and got something to eat. Restaurant is closed, sounds like permanently, so got some deli food. Corporate office... continues to screw everything up for their greed. I have been a Platinum member for ten years or more. I am really aggravated atthe decisions that corporate is making. This affects all drivers out here using their stores. Read more
