The cashier lady ignored us when we were next in line. She asked 4x who?s next when we were clearly in the line just because we... were people of color. The pizza wasn?t even good, we wanted to try out a new pizza place around the neighborhood but theirservice was also disappointing. Read more
Placed an order. Went to pick it up and was charged approximately 20% more then what was posted on their website. Was told that... their website is being redone and prices on the site don't reflect the new pricing yet. They should either make that clear ontheir site, or honor their online prices. Ordered and paid for a vegetarian with sausage topping through DoorDash. No sausage topping on pizza. No response from bongiorno... after leaving private comment. Phone doesn?t pick up and stay busy . We liked the pizza but have been overcharged. and they didour order wrong. At the least they could refund the topping they did not add. In principle I will not support them again untilthey clear this up. DoorDash also did not verify the order after taking a few and commission. Read more
Hello I?ve been living in vail ranch for 13 years now . I ordered one of your pizzas for the first time a few days ago it was... the best pizza I have had in a very long time ?. It can use a little more sausage my opinion other then that delicious?. Iordered a pizza again last night the wait time for delivery was about 40 minutes ok that?s fine after one hour and a half Icalled to see when my pizza would be delivered . The girl on the phone said that apparently my order ticket got stuck in theprinter .
