Excellent distillery with high quality spirits. They have a great mix of classic and innovative blends. Not a single one was sub... par. We did the tour which was fun and informative, plus had a great flight of 6 drinks. Love their passion and local commitmentin sourcing. Kristen was great at sharing about the process. Bar drinks were top notch and customer service was excellent. Wenthome with 5 bottles. Note that it is way better to buy at the distillery, Total Wine markup is like 20 a bottle. Also if you'venever had Quinoa Whiskey, you don't know what you're missing with that amazing hatch chili flavor! Read about this place about a year ago so decided to try it yesterday. Enjoyed finding out about their selection of spirits and... the names are all Arizona places/landmarks. The spirits in my opinion are strong. So it was a plus. Tempted to do the tourbut we were informed it was very hot in the tour area so decided to enjoy happy hour instead. I only gave 3 stars because thebartender kept offering the 2 other parties (3 males) and 1 male by himself free samplings and didn't offer us (2 women) freesamples of a discontinued bottle as well. The bar area was small so it was hard not to notice and feel slighted. I went withthe intention of experiencing their selection and to purchase a bottle for my companion as we were celebrating her birthdayweek. But when this occurred multiple times, I chose not to buy a bottle because we felt intentionally overlooked by thebartender. I would go back again because I liked their selection just would hope for a better experience with a differentbartender. Read more
Took the wife here for a tasting and wasn?t sure what to expect. The location and small size is a bit different than the... distilleries we are used to going to but it didn?t matter. We took the tour with a few Old Fashioneds with La La and she wasgreat. She?s very chill and knows her spirits. She kept the tour entertaining and answered all our questions. After the tour westopped back at the bar and the bartender, sorry didn?t catch her name, was great. Gave us samples of anything we asked. I lovedbasically everything we tasted and ending up leaving with 5 bottles of spirits. Can?t go wrong when you make a stop here. Wellworth it. Read more
