I ordered food and waited almost 35-40 mins for it to be delivered to the wrong house. I called the dominoes and the gentleman... that answered was being so rude, saying it was delivered to the wrong house and that it would take another 35 minutes. I askedif i was getting any compensation for their error and he said "sorry , can you repeat that, I could hear you over thatattitude" I was with family and was not giving attitude at all, I was just asking a question, I then said please refund me, hethen said "oh there's that attitude again, don't play with me I've been doing this for years" I asked for a refund 2 more timesbefore he said "your order is cancelled, then laughed at me and said have a nice day" That gentleman was so childish,unprofessional, and classless Read more
Had delivery service, ordered 30$ food. Late delivery( 47 min) what happened to 30? brownies burnt. Manager completely rude.... Said that's how there cooked! Have pics to show. He never even saw them. Didnt even bother to correct problem.Lost customer,spreading word. Also weird that I posted this in just a short time ago, now they went 5 stars overnight?? The reason for the one star is because of the service from one individual. I buy pizza here all the time, but not anymore. The... older guy with the grey beird told me I needed to speak up when I was placing my order.Wben I spoke a little louder, he thentold me that I had to leave for yelling at. Great Service & High Quality found here! I have been a customer for 1 year now. I have enjoyed so many pizzas from this location... and all have been exactly as I hoped it would be. The service clerks are friendly and punctual. Every pizza has been deliciousjust as the last time I ordered. Domino's Pizza is my favorite pizza because of it's buttery crunchy and flaky crust. It'srobust tomato sauce, pineapple, mushroom and spinach with a cheesy topping. When I go for my treat, this is what I get because Iknow it's going to be good. This location has bad service and inconsiderate employees. I Just ordered 2 medium pizzas for delivery because they said "yes we... do deliver" so I placed my order and they said 45mins. So I waited an hour before calling and the guy that answered said one ofhis employees was "suppose to call me and inform me that we DO NOT deliver". So my kids are still hungry and I got to wait 4-5business days to get money back. I paid $49 dollars BTW for 2 medium pizzas and "delivery fee". Now I got to spend more moneyand wait another 45mins for food to arrive that I had to order from elsewhere. I don't like writing reviews but it would be niceto at least get a phone call saying my pizza would not be arriving so I could make other dinner arrangements for my familyinstead of making them wait.
