I just wanted to take a moment to shout out an outstanding worker at this location. Sean you were fantastic! I ordered a... catering order last minute and Sean swooped in and saved the day! In case you are wanting to order catering from Fire House theydo require a 24 hours notice. I was under the 24 hour mark when placing my order but Sean was super accommodating and even tookthe time to help me customize the order since the website was down. Gotta give special shout out to this location. Great sub shop already liked Firehouse Subs but Customer service here... outstanding. Connor excellent service sir you deserve recognition . Whole crew as well. Couple days ago took home wrong sandwichjust due to simple mix up with another customer same name. Didn't realize until i got home. Called them they offer to fix itimmediately i was not wanting to return and just ate the other sandwich no biggie. But they still put my name down for free subwhich i got a couple days later.
