Why change the hours to close at 4pm just as semester for evening classes for in excess of 200 participants begin?

I just got frozen yogurt, and I have to say I was not impressed. For one, the menu says you are allowed two toppings, but the... staff told me that they would have to charge for it. In addition, the machine wasn?t working properly, so half of yogurt wasmelted, which is something I should have to pay $5 for.
