I came in to a pleasant enough atmosphere today and ordered shrimp with lobster sauce to go for lunch. When I arrived back to... work, ready to eat, I found I had been given shrimp with garlic sauce. So I called the Hunan Express and said.. "Hi I just leftthere. I ordered shrimp with lobster sauce and.." Immediately the man started yelling at me that I had ordered shrimp withgarlic sauce. I would try to speak and he kept yelling that I had ordered shrimp with garlic sauce. Clearly this man/restaurantwas unwilling to listen or to have a conversation so I hung up. I will be filing a dispute with my bank and will not be visitingtheir establishment again. Not happy! And still hungry. Read more
