Truly the best taco shop I have ever been to. I have been to 5-star shops in California next to the beach, and they don't have... as fresh of fish tacos as Santa Madre. The Campechano beef taco I tried was amazing as well, it was very savory and I'm notexaggerating when I say there was juice dripping out of the taco. The good thing is, they give you a second taco shell on eachplate, so you can make a taco out of whatever fell out. They also have a topping bar so you can make each taco unique, even ifyou order the same thing every time. The combination fish and shrimp taco is really good as is the combination shrimp and Carne asada. Do yourself a favor and order... the tacos "santa" style, which comes with a grilled layer of cheese on the tortillas. The salsa/topping bar is robust withmultiple sauces, veggies, and other accoutrement including a very unique thin tartar sauce like sauce for the fish taco.
