I order online and pick up in store and 50% of the time my order is wrong when I get home and no one called. They don?t add... avocado which we pay extra for, they add chicken strips instead of rotisserie chicken, and my favourite was when I ordered eggwhites and they gave me full eggs and didn?t put in the avocado? I can?t eat egg yolks so that sandwich was trash, I wrote inabout it and got an emailed apology; not even a refund for the $6 sandwich I couldn?t eat.
