Menu for Tom's BBQ in Tempe, AZ

I am from the Midwest and I was having a craving for an Italian beef sandwich. I thought the beef would be Chicago style like... it was promoted to be. This was by far THE WORST Italian beef sandwich I have ever had! It was so salt that after only a fewbites my mouth was stinging. We had Tom?s cater a lunch again this year for the Journey of Hope, 38 men riding an average of 75 miles a day, you won't find... team members napping preparing for the next day's ride. They will be dancing at a friendship visit with a local group thatsupports people with disabilities, participating in a game of wheelchair basketball, performing puppet shows to educate childrenon the abilities of people with disabilities, and learning life lessons that will impact them for the rest of their lives. Thisjourney is service beyond self and the men of Pi Kappa Phi have been dedicated to people with disabilities since 1977. All theriders and crew loved the lunch. Food is decent but they bait and switched me. I don't like that Edit - I mean the "Special" price you had on the easel out... front on the sidewalk was not the price I was charged at the register. OMG! Let me tell you!, a girlfriend of mine and I had just finished our massages and smelled the aromatics of BBQ as we walked... to her car. We decided to treat ourselves a little more and decided to have dinner at Toms. I ordered a sausage sandwich withsweet potato fries and a beverage. I went to get my beverage and bugs were crawling on the counter. Strike 1. Our food arrivedquickly but my fries were cold strike 2. I would not eat there again. The smell was better than the taste.
