This used to be one of my go-to places when I needed something quick and decent to eat. However, two days in a row now I've had... to leave and go elsewhere. Yesterday while trying to use their drive-thru I was told their systems were down and they wouldn'tbe taking orders. Today I walked in at the same time as a woman and her daughter. The man behind the register took their orderand then said to me that he would be with me in just a moment. He then walked away And after about 5 minutes I was stillstanding there waiting to be waited on as the line behind me grew larger and larger. I'm leaving this review purely based on customer satisfaction and quality of service. Veronica, one of the lead shift managers... here at this location goes above and beyond every morning. Not to mention that Wendy's has hands down the #bestbreakfast ever.Veronica and her crew which run the morning shift.
