Wish I could leave 0 stars for the service I experienced. I waited 40 minutes for my food and then someone who placed a larger... order (walk in) AFTER ME got their food before me. After waiting for 40 minutes I was over it, and wanted to just go home. Iasked the MANAGER for a refund to which she tried to deny me twice by saying ?literally your foods almost ready? word for wordsorry but i LITERALLY do not care, i have already waited so long. Super dissatisfied and based on the reviews im not the onlyone who has experienced rude and horrible customer service. This location was ok. It looks a little rough with a board up replacing the door. My food was ok at best.
Been waiting for over 20 minutes just for some fries. I had tried to get fries yesterday as well but it was a 45 minute wait. I... was told about the wait time after already waiting 10 minutes in line as the workers decided to do other things.
