My rice was hard and kinda cold, refried beans sucked but the tacos were good. The girls at the bar were friendly.

Horrible Service! I ordered online from the Fuzzys Taco website It took over an hour to get here and the food was cold and... gross. It was over 45 mins late and it wasn?t even right. I tried to call for a refund and show them my order was wrong but noone answered the phone and it went straight to voicemail. The voicemail box was full so I couldn?t even leave a message. This isthe 3rd time I?ve ordered from Fuzzys (both online and in store) and this is the 3rd time it?s been 100% wrong. I won?t be back.I just spend $28 on food that?s not right and not edible. Called in an order. Showed up when it was supposed to be ready. The clueless kitchen staff just said "I aint got to it yet.... Check back in 15 minutes". So it took 30 minutes to make 4 tacos. The meat was burned to a literal crisp on the outside and rawinside. I threw it in the trash couldn't even eat It. It wasnt busy at all. No excuse for this. We were so excited to see a Fuzzy Taco?s because they did not have them in Washington. We have ate at one in Colorado before so... we were very excited! We were the first customers in for the day and immediately noticed how dirty the restaurant was. Therewere still alcohol cups on a table from the night before, crumbs on most tables, and trash on the floor. My nachos tasted likethe chips were fried in old oil and the shrimp on my husbands tacos was raw. Still slightly gray and cold to the touch. He askedfor corn tortillas which were served to him with edges so hard he could not eat them. He asked for new ones and had the sameissue. The staff was nice but this place needs some major help in the management department. I have driven by at night and itlooks like a bar scene at the outdoor patio.
