Most of the things I came for they didn't have. There was only 1 car in front of me and I was there for 22 minutes. She took my... card to pay sat it down and a minute later tried to get payment from me again. Then she ran my card, gave it back,& said I needyour card it didnt go through. Just came here to pick up an Uber eats order, there's a guy sitting out in his car smoking a cigarette as I walk up to the door... he tells me that the lobbies closed so I get in my car and go to the drive-thru and then that lady tells me that they're closedbecause they don't have a cook, I explained to her that I was picking up an Uber eats order and she said well we're closed, butthen two cars pulled up behind me when I pulled around and they took their order and then the guy walked back in there and whilespeaking to Uber eats they contacted the store and then the lady told them that the store was open now... So I guess they shutdown the store whenever they need to take their cigarette breaks or whatever. Very unprofessional. Read more
Went to this establishment for lunch saw the sign that showed dine in open. So we decided to get down and possibly eat inside.... The doors were locked but was let in. So we thought ok cool lets go ahead and eat here then go and run our errands. Well as wewaited inside after ordering other customers started to walk up to the doors but they were still locked. My son thought sincethey let us in then it was ok to let the other couple of people in. Mind you after he let two to three people in a lady comesout from behind and gets on my son by saying. " We have the doors Locked for a Reason!" I then proceeded to tell her if that wasthe case then they should have said something earlier and that she didn't need to talk to my son in that tone. My son was notaware for the reasoning the doors were locked. Meanwhile while I was upset another customer who my son let in asked why they hadit locked and another employee said it was because of short staffing. My thing is if this is the case why wasn't a sign placedon the door, for customers to know to go to the drive thru?! The customer service was horrible and my family and I love jack inthe box but this was unacceptable behavior. I was so upset with the customer service and the dinning area was a mess and notcleaned up. You should never talk to customers in that way. Went through the drive thru. Woman was wonderful! Pull up to the window and pay. Then she asks me to pull up to the trash can... and she'll bring the food to us. So I do as she asked. Trash can is still in the drive thru lane. Finally a woman comes outtalking to me in an ugly attitude! I told her that's where I was told to pull. She says NO, she asked you to pull to thefront. I said NO, she said the trash can and this is the trash can. She's like you're blocking the traffic. Not my problem. How hard is it to make 2 sandwiches and 2 fries. Then we get our food (with attitude) and didn't get the ketchup we asked forso we had to go back in to get it... HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I Would give them less than one star if I could. Read more
