Impeccable food and decor!!! Very delicately created food, burst of flavor in every bite. Tea has wonderful aroma. Food is... absolutely delicious as the seasoning not too heavy, but the chef Accentuates the flavor of the ingredients instead of usingMSG. This was definitely worth the drive and every penny! The crispy shrimp and diced honey pepper beef lives up to its reputation.... Every bite was just heavenly. The smoked duck breast appetizer also hit the spot. You know so much care and attention has beenput into every menu item we ordered. Even the dessert (not very sweet like Western desserts) selection is perfect! The interioris beautiful and the wait staff are so conscious of your every need or want, they almost seem to read minds. This place deserved their Michelin star. Great ambience, delicious food and efficient services. Every dish we ordered was decent... but i was particularly impressed with the black pepper beef steaks and the braised pork belly with bamboo shoots. Their tea wasalso very nice and pairs well with the dishes. If you're keen on desserts, it's advisable to order in advance since the waitingtime is around 30 minutes. Read more
First time at this Michelin restaurant with family and friends. Have to say it was a great experience. Decor is beautiful,... place is clean, service is very friendly and attentive, food is good. We ordered a lot of dishes and of course all thespecials. All of them turned out tasty except a couple of them with sauces too heavy or salty and a bit greasy. Nice place to go for a fancy Chinese meal (if you ignore the below average service and you're up for a long drive). Food is... good, different from the usual Cantonese places we frequent. I especially liked the seafood with crispy rice, which had a uniquepresentation and good play of texture and flavor. The crispy prawns are good (a little too sweet and paltry portion), as is thewatermelon juice. We also got the pea shoots, lamb chops, duck, and red rice. Read more
