Ok, this is second time that I visited this particular McDonald's and I was not happy with my order. This first time I dined and... got I cheeseburger happy meal. Everything was pretty much cold, the fries, the cheese wasn't even melted because the burgerwasn't hot. Then on Sunday I ordered a sausage, egg and cheese sandwich and the bread was a little hard. In the drive-thru, I asked for a cup of water but the young lady refused to give it. She charged me $2 and says that water is... not free. That's unbelievable because other restaurants provide water at no additional charge. Her name was Mega and she worksnight shift in the drive thru. She had pimples all over her face and was fat. The most chaotic McDs. Food is good. Service is passable. However I witnessed a manager(I'm assuming) berate a customer for an... honest mistake. There weren't any napkins or condiments in my bag and when I went to the front to ask I was not acknowledgedand ended up not getting those things.
