I'm tired of waiting in line for 30 minutes when there is literally one vehicle ahead of me. The workers just sit inside and... talk. I'm very disappointed in this Dairy queen and I don't plan to give them my business again. Read more
The food was good. They have cleaned the place up and have gotten caring workers. The food was not cold and they waited to make... the sundaes until the food was done. Most of the time, they make the sundaes and the sit there and melt. Then when you leavethey melt all over the place. Was much better this time then in the past. Keep up the good work new workers.!!! Good service and friendly workers with good food - unfortunately, tends to forget things. Got 2 6 piece tenders - one with extra... ranch, forgot to give the ranch entirely, and didn't give the bread that is supposed to come with either of the baskets. Read more
It was a little bit of a wait, there was only 2 people working and it didn't move very fast. Not sure what the problem was, but... I was told it was something at the drive through. But it usually doesn't take as long as it did this time. Read more

Found hair in food kid named lucien funk did not help anyone on shift did not have a hair net on. Refused to give me a manager... number and also corporate number. Disgusting place to go. So unprofessional and lazzy. Had to wait 30 minutes in a drivethrough. Also had to go inside to make this kid work. Should be terminated in my opinion. Just got a call back from a shift leadafter being hung up on by said employee. Shift lead is stating west Virginia does not require safe surv in a kitchen at alltimes when in fact it's a state law. Kept informing me that he would contact corporate but they never contact the terra Altadairy queen. Kept telling me he was a manager witch also a lie. Read more
