When it was my turn to check out, after waiting behind 4 others, the cashier put up the ?next register? sign and said ?he can... help you over there.? Then she proceeded to vacuum the entrance carpet. The other register took longer with the current customerthan she did to vacuum the small rug. When she finished she called out ?next? which was still me. She offered an insincere sorryto which I replied ?no, that carpet was really dirty.?
