For whoever will look at this I want to make a point in saying that I was previously a GM at an Arby's here in Terre Haute so I... know how the fast food business can be. Well I decided to go to this KFC on 9/16/22 at around 7pm. The line in DT was verylong, but I decided to wait. The lobby was closed so I couldn't go in to order. I waited in line for about 30 minutes before Igot to order. I could tell people in front of me were not happy with the wait time and decided to leave. I ordered and pulledup to the window and two employees were working from what I could see. The one at the ordertaker position took my payment andthen proceeded to go help his coworker make the food. I, for one, know how stressful that can be working with only 2 people torun a whole store. I just want to give credit where credit it due and let the company know that if these two employees want tobetter themselves in the company then you should invest your time in them to do that. They showed that even with no help theycould handle one order at a time and not get stressed out about things they couldn't control. Great job! Read more
Pulled up to the drive thru at 10:45 and nobody said anything for 4 minutes. I pull around grab my daughter out of her car seat... go up to the door to go in it?s locked.
