I ordered delivery last night with two boxes of breadsticks and 6 six sauces. We got the two Marinara sauces that came with it... But not the four cheese and two more marinara sauces. Two boxes of breadsticks without sauce called back get management on thephone nicely told him we didn't get our sauces he said, you look in your boxes. ???????????well, duh, if I didn't look whywould be calling, of course, didn't say that to him. said yes sir I did, he said would you like them or would you like acredit, I said bring the sauces paid for back please bc I would like to eat them with my stick driver never showed up. The pizza was ready in 12 minutes on the night we went to pick it up -- that's not too bad. The pizza was good.
I love my Papa John's. My food is always well made, cooked right, and delivered on time. Today my delivery driver had to wait... for me to corral my puppy before I could answer the door. He was all smiles, very gracious, and stood well away from the door. Ilove the employees at this Papa John's. They are part of the experience, and why I continue to use this particular Papa John's.
