Manager up front was loud and rude. The nuggets were burnt and dry. The fries weren?t even salted. I asked for some buffalo... sauce and she said ?you didn?t order buffalo.? Unbelievable. Impossible to find a decent McDonald's in and around Texarkana the best one is on New Boston road in Texarkana but... sometimes that's not up to par. But I digress this McDonald's took a good 2 minutes of ordering a filet of fish with extra saucea double hamburger with extra onions and a large Coke that's it. Finally get the order right pull up to the window food wasready within 30 seconds knew something was up. So I pulled into the parking lots stopped pulled the food out of the bag thefilet of fish had extra sauce but the fish was hard as a rock and the bun was cold. Item number two double hamburger extraonions. One piece of meat no extra onions no ketchup. I understand if they're busy which they weren't I understand they have baddays which people do but you make the same thing everyday how do you continue to screw up a simple two item order that's all Iever order. And maybe it's just me but welcome to McDonald's thank you for your order have a nice day those little things arewhat the south is about and McDonald's all of them have failed to even have a little southern hospitality. I for one amabsolutely done with McDonald's nothing but local homegrown small Mom and pops family oriented fast food restaurants for me. Read more
Drive through was closed which makes it hard when you have children with you. Its a 24 hour store so i was sure the drive though... would not be closed at a certain time. They was out of what i actually went there for but they got me food in a timely manner. Read more
