First of all we went thru drive to get two different orders because of dining room was closed and they said they couldn't do... seperate orders. Also asked for a double steak grilled cheese burrito said they couldnt make it unless it was on a 10 and shedidnt explain it was a 10 inch tortilla. She was very rude over the microphone cutting conversation short. Customer service iwould rate a 0 , couldnt really rate the food due to they couldnt do two orders. Read more
Seriously went to go inside and grab a bite to eat for breakfast and the doors were locked at 8:48am for breakfast, no wonder... there is never any cars at this location or anyone in the drive thru, wish we could get a decent owner of the taco bells inTexarkana, just awful. I DO NOT recommend this Taco Bell....I ordered a Mexican Pizza combo. Both tacos had broken shells which makes it hard to eat a... hard shell Taco and hold everything together. Also the Mexican pizza looked and tasted like it was cooked too long because thecheese on top was burnt. Not to mention the bar where you get your sauces, napkins and accessories was completely empty. Allit had was napkins and a couple packs of fire sauce.......On top of all this, the lobby fountain drink dispenser was out oforder......I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!! Read more
They tried to access my bank account. Put in a mobile order. Pulled up to the drive through said I had an order. They told me to... pull up. Before getting to the window they were shouting at me to stop! Waving a 1/3rd metal pan out of the window. So I stoppedabout 10 yards short of the window. Waited for about 4 mins. In That time I got 2 alerts from my bank stating someone tried toaccess my account. Then I was waived forward hanging my food out of the window. Confused as all get out.
