My straw went through my milkshake and they didn?t even offer to help did not give me any napkins I had to wait in line while it... dripped on me until getting another cup terrible customer service. Whomever is working on the left side of the drive-throughtoday was absolutely no help. Read more
I am usually very satisfied with the Chick fil A in Texas City, however today I was so disappointed when, I placed my app order... and arrived in the drive thru line at 10:28am and had to wait in line for 8 minutes before I reached the speaker box and as I am at the speaker box about to give my app order a young man is flipping the menu from breakfast to lunch and the person I amspeaking to in the box tells me I can no longer have breakfast. She stated they no longer have the ingredients to makebreakfast. That is highly unbelievable that in 8 minutes time and the flip of the menu you no longer have the ingredients tomake breakfast. I always thought it was Chick Fil A pleasure to serve you and make their customers happy. They missed the markand sent me to McDonald's and they were accommodating. Read more
I'm not sure if I'm just used to a certain level of customer service from other chick FIL A's or if I just need to bring down my... expectations. I ordered a Cobb salad with no cheese. After I received the order and noticed there was cheese, I was theninformed that this specific one doesn't take cheese off the order. Other than that, the associate refunded the salad.
