Well it's whataburger. Since they got bought out years ago they are slower than molasses. Takes forever to get anything going... through to drive through. It's not just Texas City but everywhere. Literally waited 30 minutes in line at 4am.. this is an every weekend issue of not having enough staff. Come here in the... evening and it's fully staffed.
