Grabbed a couple lattes. Tasted awesome! Wait time was short. All in all I was very pleased with my visit. I normally always am.
Lately they are out of everything. There's a new just Untrained person the last few times I went. I don't mind them being out of... things they have enough options to choose something else. My problem is standing in line needing to call my family to give themnew options and getting looks from the line of customers waiting behind me like it's my fault it's taking ten minutes to give myorder. I went in prepared for what I need. Also I've been trying to redeem my star points the last four times I went in. I don'tknow what I have to say to get this done because I've told four barista/cashiers I want to redeem my points and then use my cardfor remaining balance. Yeah yeah they tell me but they never get redeemed. Next time maybe I'll go in with no balance on mycard so there's nothing but points to use and since I'm already taking up all the time in the world to get four drinks orderedI'll camp out until they learn how to redeem them.
