I?m going to stop ordering from this location. They seal bags for deliveries without checking to make sure all of your items are... in the bag. I only had an issue with the staff working evening shift and not the day shift. I called before placing order, spokewith a staff member to confirm the drinks with my order and upon delivery, items are missing. Today 12/10/2021 I went to buy 1 coffee with 1 donut at this dunkin donuts at 5 am, and the person named Karla was the one who... took my order. I had to wait 15 minutes for her to give me my coffee. She also approached me with a bad attitude to give methe coffee when she reluctantly put it on the counter and spilled the coffee on me. I annoyed tell her that she has to becareful, for the same reason she responded with a bad attitude and disrespect that she regretted but that a sorry was not goingto solve anything, and it was not enough for her she looked at my face with a mocking smile what she had done. I ordered through the mobile app. I arrived 5 minutes after my order was sent to the store. I stood there waiting because it was... crowded. Esgar was prepping food Shahin and Luftha was in the register tills assisting the customers on the line. Shahinwalked from behind the counter and approached a family with a child in the stroller very aggressively. The woman holding thecarriage was very upset on how he approached her aggressively asking her and yelling did she order as if she was the homelessman holding the door for us to enter the store. Shahin then went back behind the counter and push the door close behind him. Thedoor swings so I stepped back to insure I wouldn?t get hit by the swinging door. Shahin walked to help prep the food in theback. I kindly ask him if he could wash his hands first or put gloves on he said no mind business. I asked if he can repeatthat because his accent is very heavy he said ?OH JUST GO JUST LEAVE ?. I told him he is very rude and unsanitary and he didn?tcare about the public. He?s handling money then going directly to the food without washing his hands or putting gloves on servesthe public a great risk if he isn?t doing his part as an employee. Millions of people go to dunkin for their breakfast lunch orsnacks or just a cup of coffee this is truly absurd and I would not be returning I will reach out to corporate on Mondaymornjing to insure this never happens again. Especially with Shahin and his disrespectful behaviors at work with the public. Forhim to be comfortable to tell me to JUST GO JUST LEAVE is rude it is we the public that help keep these locations open bycontinuously ordering.
