Terrible attitudes and customer service. The worker was touching the actual tea bag that goes into the water with her bare hands... and had the nerve to get upset that I asked for a whole new tea bag. She then started to touch money which disgusted me.Touching food then money is not acceptable, all right in the customers face. I also bought a bagel with butter and cream cheese.They hassled me for .30 for the butter just for me to get to work and no butter on my bagel. Completely ruined my breakfast. Igo back to explain my experience, the worker was very dismissive and not helpful. I would not recommend this location. Read more
The coffee here is disgusting. They have 3 Hispanic females that do not know how to make coffee. They all have poor customer... service and seem to enjoy talking bad about their customers in Spanish while servicing them. The older Spanish lady iscompletely rude, I?m not even sure why she?s there if she doesn?t want to work. There needs to be management present duringworking hours. You?re better off getting coffee at a bodega. Save yourself a trip and do not go to this Dunkin Donuts. Read more

After visiting this location several times, I can safely conclude that this Dunkin Donuts passed with flying colors. Their... coffee is great, their donuts are great, and their service is great too. Bronte was and still is the star of that location. Shealways makes me feel welcome up to the point where she knows my usual without me even asking. There is another location I go tobut I rather visit this one than the other for two reasons. One is that Baskin Robbins is there and two, it is much cleaner andcarries a more positive vibe. For those of you who want a good quality breakfast, lunch, or snack, I will recommend this DunkinDonuts to you who has so far treated me with the respect and kindness that has always motivated me to return once again.
