Sheri is always great and has been doing my hair for thirty years. I won't go anywhere else.

After waiting 5 minutes for the person NOT helping customers or trimming hair to stop staring into a mirror, I asked was it... possible to get a hair trim. I was told unless I have an appointment no. They only do appointments now. I told her nothing wasposted on the door I was sorry and turned to walk away. Then as I was leaving a lady came in and asked could she get a hair cut,she was asked did she have an appointment, she said no and was told oh then it will be a 20 minute wait. Attempted a walk in, but unfortunately they said it would be a 3 hour wait due to short staff and the fact she only had two... stylists, both of which were sitting down in there own chairs having a conversation... Just looked really bad... like workavoidence. Maybe it was their lunch, but probably want to be off the floor for that. Read more
