The service was amazing and the food was even better. Erica was our server and she was so kind and made sure we wanted for... nothing. The owner even stopped by our table multiple times to check in and he was also making shakes and bringing them to thetables. Overall great experience. We will be back! Read more
This was at a pristine location called The Villages in Florida. Everyone was great except the cook. He obviously didn't want to... be there. Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and the meat was half the size of the bun. More than enough mayonnaise for 4sandwiches. It was disgusting. UPDATE: Kurt reached out to me after posting this & allowed me to have a meal on them. I ordered today & met him in person. He's... so nice. He truly wants all customers to be satisfied & the meal was much better than last time. Thanks Kurt! A little lateposting as it's been over a week. However, I ordered online for pick up. I ordered a burger, fries & Hershey chocolate shake.What I got was a decent burger, half cold fries & a banana shake. Each time I've ordered before, it's been a bit moreacceptable. Read more

This place has failed us twice. 1st time, there was burnt meat from the last few burgers stuck to my burger. Obviously someone... doesn't like the idea of scraping the grill before cooking the next order. 3 months later, we thought we'd give them anothertry. Wait time between ordering & receiving the order was over :30 mins. That stinks, but OK, good food is worth it. Took theorder home & this thing was way overcooked. The first 1/4 inch on each side of both burgers was burnt to a hard crisp. Notseared, but charred into petrified burger. Even if I liked the idea of biting through a layer of rock to get to the overdoneburger, my digestive system doesn't process it & I'm sick for 3 days. Now I know why, on a busy Saturday, all restaurants areoverflowing with customers, except this one. City Fire, across the street was standing room only. This place had 3 customers. Wasted food, wasted money, and there will not ever be a 3rd visit for me. It's a losing gamble every single time I give them atry. Read more
