I visited this Cinnabon to redeem a reward provided by T-Mobile Tuesdays. The reward was a free 16oz cold brew. Before ordering,... I made sure to ask if this location was participating with T-Mobile Tuesdays (as not all locations do). The employee let me knowthat they did. I didn?t catch the employees name, however she was very nice. After redeeming this reward, the employee let meknow that I had another reward and asked if I would like to redeem it as well. I ended up getting a free coffee provided viaT-Mobile Tuesdays and I got a free 4ct BonBites from downloading the Cinnabon app and creating an account. I am a Starbucksgirl, so I was a little hesitant to try the cold brew coffee, but the vanilla cold brew coffee was surprisingly good. Definitelyhad more milk than coffee, but it wasn?t terrible. The BonBites were soft and warm; they?re somewhat small, but they tasted sogood! I had a great first experience here. If I?m shopping at the Mall again, I?ll definitely be stopping by again! I loved Cinnabon when I was a kid and wanted my son to try it for the first time but unfortunately our experience wasn?t that... great. The owner or the guy at the counter isn?t friendly at all he?s just rude! He gave me a hard cinnamon roll that lookedlike it?s been sitting out all day when he had a fresh batch sitting right next to it. I gave him the benefit of the doubt andtried it anyway?sure enough it tasted just like it looked hard and stale :/ I went back and asked him for a fresh one, he openedthe box, poked it with a fork then gave me one of the fresh ones but with a bad attitude. He knew exactly what he was doing whenhe handed me that stale cinnamon roll! The fresh one tasted amazing! It tasted how I remembered it the first time I tried one 10years ago and how I described it to my son. ?He said wow this is amazing??.so Why give your customers something that you knowhas been sitting out all day? To save money? Giving them a bad product will only insure they don?t return! you will loose moneyin the long run! Nobody wants to pay $7 for a stale cinnamon roll! I own a business and I would never!
