Some feedback for managers: do not send your employees to other businesses right around the area to hand out coupons if you are... not going to honor those coupons. Or at least educate the employee you send that they needed to be signed to be authorized byyour business. Read more
Food was typical BBQ, but service from Cynthia was exceptional! We ordered curbside and Cynthia promptly brought out our order... upon arrival and double checked that everything was correct. You know I just started working by dickeys. And I?m extremely picky about BBQ places (because I?m not much of a BBQ grill type... of gal). I had the stuffed baked potato with chopped brisket and spicy BBQ sauce and OH MAH GOSH, it was so good. The meat isamazing, the potato was soft and even the skin was edible (most places have a hard skin, this place the whole potato could bepulled apart like butter). Anyways, I wish that I visited this place earlier in my life, but I?m glad that I finally know aboutit. Because now it?s one of my favorite spots to eat. Read more
