Let me just say that I NEVER write reviews. I'm honestly not that picky of an individual but I feel the need to today. First... off, the food is great. I've never had any issues with the food. BUT... the three times that I've come here with my wife anddaughter, we have had terrible service. The servers were NOT attentive at all. They would come by maybe once every 10-15minutes. Not once was I asked if I'd like a refill. I even stuck the empty bread plates on the edge of the table to see ifsomeone would grab it... nothing. It sat there for 20 minutes before someone grabbed it. Also, this napkin in the photo issitting here even as I'm writing this. It has been here for roughly 40 minutes and every single server has stepped over it oraround it, even the man I'm assuming is the manager (in the burgundy shirt, with glasses and his shirt halfway untucked) on thisshift has walked passed it as if it's not there. It's honestly just the utter lack of concern from the staff that we'veencountered that gets under my skin. Your job is not that difficult and this restaurant is at about 1/6th capacity as I writethis. Management needs to step up and take charge and make sure that the people they hire are attentive like they should be.That's what you get PAID to do. It's not hard to ask someone if they need a refill... extra napkins... but I've been here foras I said 45 minutes and I've talked to my server twice and no questions related to those above ever came up. As I said, thefood was great, but the service has been garbage. The servers we've had every time are not very personable and act as if they'rejust there to claim the tip. Read more
Food was hot and fresh ! Didn't have to wait long ! I got the perfect margarita longbpour it was delicious and I ordered the... ribs with corn ???????? it was yummy the ribs were smoky sweet and tender and corn was fresh ! Read more
Servers were super nice. Small town feel, yet big time steaks! I had the 12 oz new york strip with mash potatoes and a ceaser... salad. My wife ordered the mix sald with a cheese burger. Overall ended up a great meal with a great service. Thanks Longhorn! Read more
The host Freddy was rude. The food was good except my steak wasn?t medium well like I requested. I don?t know why there was so... much liquid on my plate. My server Tyra was very attentive and polite. I would give this location another chance. Read more

Sharing my experience celebrating the birthday of a relative at the Thomaston, GA location. The manager accommodated our party... of 8 and the service was excellent. Our server (Eden) offered just the right touch of professionalism and courtesy and the staffmade our celebrant feel special. The dining experience exceeded my expectations with the food, serving and ambiance being justperfect. Thank you for making our experience so enjoyable. Kudos to the manager and staff for running a great restaurant. Youcan tell that the staff is well trained and the work environment is all about pleasing the customer.
