Drive through backed up and wrapped around the building. Was after the lunch hour. Went in and NO ONE was working the front... counter. Under staffed. This visit was about a month ago. Read more
At around 11:15 a.m. I came in to grab lunch for my family. The food was cold. Room tempature. Fries had sit to long under the... heat lamp. I paid 22.00 dollars for 3 meals. And each one of the meals was just cold. Not a very good lunch. You start yourlunch between 10:30 and 11:00 a.m. If the fries are more than 30 minutes old they are suppose to be thrown out. If the burgerset under a heat lamp more than a certain amount time they should be counted as waste. Someone obviously forgot to turn the heatlamps on this morning. Very dissatisfied with our meals. My 5 year old granddaughter LOVES McDonald's! So we have been to many different ones for her, but the one in thomaston is by far... the best I think I've ever been to. The staff was extremely friendly and efficient. It was a pleasure to stop there!!! Not tomention the fact that this child had woken up asking for ice cream and at 9:30 in the morning McDonald's was the only place openthat actually had ice cream!!!! Read more
Everyone at that restaurant needs to be fired. They repeatedly get my order wrong. I paid for 2 double quarter pounder meals... today, and wouldn't you know I got 2 single meals. It's an ongoing problem with Thomaston McDonald's. You guys owe me forseveral meals. Update! Just incase you didn't understand the meals that I payed for were more expensive than the meals that Igot.
