I sometimes stop here on the way to my fish camp that's on the Alabama River. It's only another 30 minutes away. I always get my... favorite, 12" tuna fish with lots of jalapenos. I eat half for lunch and save the other half for dinner. If my grandson is withme, I have to get two 12" subs. He likes the meatball sub. The inside is very clean. The staff has always been friendly. I do not normally leave reviews for places, and im normally very chill about customer service/food service. But man, this was... probably the worst experience ive ever had at a fast food place. the workers had zero interest or care about their jobs. iordered two subs and two pizzas- but they were out of pizzas. (they were actuall out of way more than that).so i ended up withthree subs, and with no** other customers in the store, the employee took as long as physically possible to make thesandwiches. to my surprise, a second employee came out from the back and just stared at her co-worker struggling to make mysandwiches. she offered zero help and rushed me to pay for my sandwiches before i even finished building them... she had herphone directly on the counter and texted throughout the entirety of our interaction, even taking the time to complain about howshe better get paid for working off the clock. thats only some** of the stuff that annoyed me about this visit. Got here at 8:39 pm...the two young girls said they closed...I ask when u close they said 9pm...I said u better change your... hours to 8:39 closing time as all the food had been put up .I will never eat at subway again Read more
There are 2 young ladies that are working there that has the nastiest attitudes ever. My daughter placed an order for 3 salads... with extra meat and a steak and cheese sub. These young ladies were fierce because of how much we order and started making slickcomments like do she think she ordered enough and laughed. They did not include any croutons forks nor napkins. When I went backin the got an attitude and started cussing because I asked for a manager phone number and got on them about what was said to mydaughter. At the end a manager came up and said something was going to be done but in the end nothing was because they stayed atwork and still working ever evening. I ordered extra meat and there was none.
