What a fantastic find!! we tried this lovely café on our way out of Tallahassee traveling back to North Carolina. The pancakes... were the most amazing we have ever tried. The chef has a special batter that he uses and they are so light and fluffy anddelicious. All of the food was far above most breakfast cafés. The service was wonderful and the owner/chef is top notch. Wewill make this an intentional part of our trip every time we visit our son in Tallahassee. Read more
What a great little place. Food was good however service could have been better. I can be a little tough I'm in the industry.
Ate there for lunch today. My wife had the island tacos with chicken. I had the crab cake sandwich. Server was Amy. She was... attentive but not over the top. Very good service. The place was very busy at 11:40. Everyone was having a great time. About50/50 between breakfast and lunch. The attention to detail on the food was great. My wife?s tortilla was grilled crispy. Verytasty. I love sampling crab cakes. I have had many great ones. It seems you usually have the southern ones with a lot ofbreading and spices. Or you have the ones packed with crab.
