Ate here with my family on Saturday afternoon. Our chicken sandwich filets came out of a warmer. This is an issue because the... store has a sign that says made fresh to order. Ordered 2 lemon pies that were ice cold. Our fries were cold and we were givenhalf of the portion in every box of fries. There was no unsweetened tea in the dining area. The sweetened tea was too sweet, awaste of product. This store needs a retrained crew, the manager was basically babysitting. Read more

I went to this KFC tonight with my daughter and oh my gosh was it just a terrible experience. BUT THE FOOD WAS GOOD!!! We... waited 39!minutes for our food. the young lady on the front counter took our order and in the process of making everyone orderno one in the store wanted to help her instead they stood on there phones and being loud and obnoxious. Now she had about 5 hugeorders to make . The lady in drive thru started yelling and threatening her and no one knew why we were all just watching inamazement that anyone would talk to someone that way in this establishment . The young lady had tears In her eyes by the time Ireceived my food . I commended her on her professionalism and told her to keep her beautiful smile . She look as if she neededthat. My food was correct no mistakes were made . But this place needs to get the staff and customer service together .
