I've been a customer here for years now, in the last year or so it has went down hill badly, there seems to be a 15-20minute... wait 9/10 times I order here when it's highly advertised as "Hot n' Ready" the cashiers always seem to be in a horrible mood andhave an attitude. Honestly I only get pizza at this hole in the wall because of the price anymore, I usually order dominosinstead when I have the money to spare for better pizza and much better service. Read more

This is a review for 2022-6-18 not the one from a year ago. I want to shout out and commend Kayla and Nicholas for showing up... when everyone didn't. Ordered ahead of time. Kiosk has to be accessed by associate now for some reason instead of customers getting it themselves.... Waited 15 minutes to get my pizza that was ready and paid for. Uncalled for. Associates had a full argument right in front of meand 2 other customers inside. So unprofessional. I was also the only one ignored out of the 3.
