I went in tonight to use the Mac machine and it "froze up" and said "out of service"! WTH?? My card was stuck halfway in and... halfway out! I asked the clerk for help and she was rude and useless saying that's the banks issue. Not so! Then a clerk fromthe deli came over to help and he got my card out!!!
