March 2022 Maple Sushi on Disera has been my go to sushi place since they opened! They maintained the quality of the food... throughout the pandemic while staying open with only take out at times. Sean is always so helpful and you can tell he takespride in his restaurant! I bring everyone to Maple Sushi and it will continue to be my favourite spot in the area! If I couldgive more than 5 stars I would. My favourite rolls are chicken and beef Terriyaki and I?ve never found a place that has hadbetter rolls than Maple Sushi! I left two pieces of my rolls and they felt the need to come to my table for being wasteful despite being a loyal regularcustomer for years throughout the pandemic. Jessica seemed apologetic but felt the need to repeat how they can?t let everyonebe wasteful. Eric came out of no where as he was not my server and was extremely rude and condescending. It?s one thing forpeople to be blatantly wasteful but I come all the time and I ate majority of my food. Instead of penalizing customers therolls should have the option of 4 instead of 6. I came with my family first time here and we really enjoyed, the food came every 5 min and we ordered a lot, there was around 10... people in the restaurant and the food came pretty fast. Also the staff are so polite, will definitely come again ???? Read more
