Doug?s was once our go-to breakfast spot when we first moved to Thornton. And If you?re looking for an extremely heavy and... filling breakfast, Doug?s burrito with green chile is the cure for your disease. However, After a long time eating at Doug?sand ordering delivery / to-go from them, I have decided ultimately to stop until they change their to-go boxes. Seriously, theamount of styrofoam is truly unnecessary and they can do better. In my honest opinion, the food is worth 4+ stars, the serviceis always worth 5 stars (seriously the staff is so nice), and the to-go packaging is worth less than 0 stars. Take that how youwill. If the to-go packaging changes, they will have our business a lot more frequently and this review will change to 5 stars. Read more
Quite pleased overall with the place. The atmosphere and staff are quite chill and polite. The parking situation is the worst... aspect, and completely outside of their control. The food is always very fresh and well presented. The diversity of their menuallows us to always find what we were looking for. I personally love their daily board, and it's never failed to deliver. My wife and I were in for the first time today and we will most certainly be back! Doug?s Diner really covered all the bases.... The staff were all very welcoming and friendly as soon as we walked in the door. Cheryl took care of us and did a fantastic jobfrom start to finish. The food was phenomenal and the portions were nice and hardy. Brandie heard it was our first time and sentus home with a home made cinnamon roll which was really a nice touch. We had a great experience and will definitely be backsoon. Highly recommend trying this place if you haven?t already. Read more
