The food is good for a pizza place close to home. We like the calzones. They just can't seem to get food out fast. There are 6... employees and a manager here now and everybody (but manager) is visibly working. Not sure why they always seem to be behind.It's dinner time, one would think a restaurant would prep for the dinner rush. We will be back because it's close and decentlypriced. Restaurant has not been clean each time we come, again lots of workers but just not getting it all done in a reasonabletime. The staff is nice and friendly. 2 calzones and 2 sodas $21. Read more
The price is not bad for the pepperoni special. The crust is delicious, has lots of cheese and quite stringy cheese Great for... kids but cheese didn't have much flavor. Still a Great tasting pizza for the urge. Read more
Ordered online and unfortunately after an hour and a half of tracking the status of my order and noticing that it still wasn't... on its way, called the store. Had to call 4 times before someone picked up and talked to Brittney. I asked to cancel my order,but was offered no apologies for the extremely long wait. I have 2 kids and would have at least expected a call from the storeletting us know there would be a delay, but nothing. This customer service experience could have been handled way better and Iwill not be ordering from this location again. We really enjoy their pizza, salads, & other food. Super yummy. However, I often go through phases of ordering from them.... Unfortunately, they are often understaffed or have issues getting food out on time. I've experienced this both with carry-out &delivery. Tonight, I ordered dinner at 6:30, the order said it would be done at 7:30 & it arrived at 8:20. At 8:10, I called therestaurant and inquired and unfortunately they are low on delivery drivers. I was also told it's on its way without anycompensation. When it arrived we were given the wrong pizza. My son is Autistic & likes his food a certain way due to his foodaversions & issues with texture. It is just me & my son, so needless to say I paid roughly $18 for the wrong pizza, that my sonwill likely not eat because its the wrong crust and toppings.
