Disappointing service. My daughter had been hospitalized for ongoing issues and for most of the day all she could talk about... was how much she wanted a sandwich from Potbelly, so of course that was our first stop after being discharged. When we got tothe drive up to order, the lady was extremely rude, yelling at my kid after the child changed the size of her sandwich before wehad completed our order. I apologized for upsetting the worker, and chalked her attitude up to maybe she was having a bad day.When we pulled up to the window to pay and get our food we were again met with attitude and my daughter was checking out herfacial scars with her phone camera while we were waiting and the very unkind worker yelled out in an extremely snotty tone,?enjoy your selfie!? As we drove off. It really hurt my daughter?s feelings as she is already self conscious and just got out ofthe hospital. To have a favorite spot ruined like this is very sad and disappointing.
