Ordered our meal through the app, checked in as always, usually using my wife's app. Checked in, waited and waited while several... people went through the drive through. There was another customer that clicked on the button. The car hop came out with theirfood, noticed I was waiting. At which point I was informed that the slushy machine was broken. Mind you this is after I hadalready been checked in using the app for almost ten minutes. They did substitute soda for my drinks, however the biggestconcern is that they did not pay attention to the app check ins or come out to inform anyone that their machine wad done untilway after the fact. Only giving 5 stars for the employee that kept his composure! I seen the absolute most disturbing thing tonight at this... location as we were waiting. This kid working was the ONLY one running outside, SO POLITE apologizing for the wait to EVERYSINGLE CUSTOMER as another employee was arguing with him as he ran back and fourth inside and out. 5 minutes of this go by andhe gets A WHOLE TRAY of food thrown at him by the other employee. BAFFLED at the moment in disbelief he still kept hiscomposure and did his job apologizing to everyone waiting in their vehicles. Gave us our order for free and told me not to tiphim. Extremely disappointed... used to go to the local sonic, staff really makes the experience. Greetings to grins. This place lacks... Classic Sonic experience. This location was like ordering from a vending machine, no hello no thank you. As a patron I expectto be welcomed and thanked at the very least. Staff shortage is no excuse for poor service.
