What a NIGHTMARE experience. Experience: I say and waited for 20 minutes and finally lost patience. Went up to find out they... completely forgot about my order. Still took close to 10 minutes to finally receive my sandwich. What an awful way to spend 30minutes during my lunch break. Food: after finally receiving my sandwich, it was, well gross. Bun was as soggy as ever NOcheese?????? So plain, no flavor and no cheese. This place is a joke go somewhere else!! Read more
My dad was so excited when he saw our neighborhood was getting a Taste of Philly. He took me here for lunch and I was blown... away. Great food, kind service, cool patio surrounded by trees! Worth a trip! Read more
I really, really wanted to like this. I love philly cheesesteaks, and this is nearby. First, the onion rings would have been... good if half of them were not cooked to a dark brown burnt state. Then, more importantly, the actual sandwich was kind of awful.There was plenty of meat, but they need to look up some recipes. Hardly any cheese, which should be a major ingredient. A littlebit of grilled onion, but hardly any mushrooms on my mushroom version. The bread felt like it had been microwaved to warm. Theydid at least wrap it in foil so it was warm for a pickup. I ordered at 6:00 pm on a Friday and did not get my order until 6:57. Drove all the way home and missing the chicken tenders.... Had to drive back. Food was good but they need to get a system to handle all the customers coming in. Should do a better job ofchecking orders. Have vouchers for a free Philly or something this is crazy! Hope they get it together! I spent over $50, nothappy. They are not going to do well if this is how they run a business! Read more
